What is Capacity?

An emotional mastery and nervous system training for men. Learn the ins and outs of the male nervous system, how to regulate your emotions and build the capacity to face your fears, challenges and discomfort.

This is a 4 week course that is run in a live cohort featuring weekly calls, educational videos, and practical tools like guided breath work, and physical practices.

Who This Is For

This is for the man who knows that leveling up his emotional intelligence and capacity is required to unlock his next level of growth.
As men we are never taught how to feel our emotions, what to do with emotions (energy) that are too big or uncomfortable to hold, how to regulate ourselves so we don’t hold on to stress and anxiety, or the skills to relate to the people in our lives who bring a lot of emotion in our world.
