What is it costing you by not asking for help? 

This is the question I asked myself before working with my first coach & mentor.

I was at a point that felt like rock bottom, and after years of trying it my way, I needed to do something different. The online coaching industry at the time was new, and it felt like a risky move to work with someone I had never met, let alone pay thousands of dollars for coaching. 

I faced new territory, and my struggles felt outside the scope of the “normal” life challenges, such as learning to drive, what college to apply to, or how to save for retirement. I had questions about my purpose in life, confidence, relationships and dealing with anxiety. All of these felt taboo because they weren’t topics people talked about, let alone taught. 

For some reason, it’s normal to…

  • Take drivers education

  • Have music teachers

  • Hire an accountant or attorney 

  • Have a sports coach

And yet, when it comes to personal fitness, stress, nutrition, and emotional well-being, we are often thrown to the wolves, expected to inherently know how to take care of these parts of our lives.  The unspoken nature can lead to the belief that something is wrong with us if we need customized support.

Investing in a coach was my “hail mary” moment and has only tripled in value. 

After years of creating my own suffering, I finally asked for help. Turns out it takes way more energy to try and be something you’re not, which I learned the hard way.

I’m grateful for the numerous coaches who supported me on my personal growth and transformation journey as they helped me pave a path that a previous version of me didn’t know was an option. 

Now, I am here to help you do the same thing my mentors and coaches did for me, and I am on a mission to professionalize the word “life coach” to be seen in a light like never before.

What it is like to work with me?

I have an individualized approach with all Life Coaching clients. Everyone is unique, which means you get a personal approach to coaching. 

I have many frameworks, tools, and methods for coaching, but my process is to meet you where you are and follow what’s alive in our time working together.

The constant will be our live Zoom coaching calls. The difference between other coaches or therapists and myself is that I choose how to move forward with supporting you based on what emerges in your coaching call. Each call will inform the next - as well as the videos, journal prompts, or other exercises I give you outside of the session. You will also have weekday messaging support from me so that you don’t have to wait until our next session to share a breakthrough, ask a question, or reach out for help if a struggle arises.

One of my all-time favorite quotes describes an integral part of my coaching practice. You must create awareness of the deeper-rooted issues holding you back before you can make any lasting shifts in your life.

As Carl Jung states, the unconscious will direct your life through limiting beliefs, self-sabotage, or undesirable patterns. You don’t know what you don’t know - that’s where I come in.

I will help you move beyond the symptoms and get to the root cause holding you back.

You’re here because you have tried tirelessly to change the content of your life. The content is the external things in your world. Are you struggling to lose weight only to bounce from diet to diet to find the “right one”? Are you struggling as a manager at work and turning to the latest leadership books and doing whatever they say? The problem is without looking at the context (internal things), we may be fitting a square peg into a round hole.

My process will dive deeper into questions like…

Why can’t you seem to be consistent with xyz?

What is your authentic leadership style?

How do your employees desire to be led?

Shift the internal to create the external world you desire.

I know this may not feel immediately tangible, and that’s okay. The old you (you’re programming, conditioning, way of operating) has to die to step into a new way of being and see what becomes possible from this place.

It is the only way to have lasting change.

You can have all the tools and skills to help you implement your new way of being, but they won’t matter if you don’t change the context.

    Without a clear vision five or ten years into the future you can’t start moving in the right direction. My in depth goal setting process will get you so clear on what you want & why you want it that the “how” takes care of itself. This is the cornerstone of everything we build off of.

    Your current identity is based on the story you tell yourself. That story could be full of outdated programming, old wounds, and limiting beliefs that prevent you from being you highest self. We will get at the root cause of what ingrained beliefs are holding you back to write a new story.

  • Structure

    After you create a clear vision, improve your mindset and change your identity then we can focus on the “how” of reaching our goals. This involves the tools to build habits that stick, create consistent and embody the person you are becoming.

  • Resiliency

    The only constant in life is change, and in order to thrive we must train our nervous system to regulate and metabolize stress. I will teach you how to build this capacity and give you tools to prevent stories, old programming or obstacles hijack your nervous system.

    In order to live your best life you need to step into being the leader you were created to be. I will teach how to take ownership of this identity and be someone who leads by example from the front. An authentic leader inspires others to do their best work.

  • Yes, I work with all genders. All 1:1 coaching programs are open to anyone who has gone through the application process.

    The Men’s Group is the only gender-specific program that I have.

  • I am not trained or certified as a traditional therapist. That being said, many of my clients have shared that sessions have felt “therapeutic” and “healing” in nature. I have also had clients who have spent years in traditional therapy who come to me because they are looking for a different approach.

    I aim to help you show up the fullest and most complete version of yourself. This may include tools and techniques based in psychology that feel therapeutic.

  • I work with clients remotely from all over the world. We will choose a day and time that works for both of our schedules.
