Modern Leadership-Day 36

I’m gonna go out on a limb here and say that modern leadership is about you not them.

Because in order to lead others you first need to lead yourself.

And in order to lead yourself you need to know yourself.

Which makes you the most important part.

I see to many people attempting to lead without having their own house in order.

When you are right with you then you can lead from a place of authenticity and confidence. You as the leader can take criticism and be humble.

Knowing you allows you to act in a way that’s best for those around you.

And that’s modern leadership.
