About US

Taylor Sleaford

Taylor is a Life & Leadership Coach and Men’s Work Facilitator who helps people get to the root of what's holding them back, step into their purpose, and show up as a more authentic version of themselves. With a background in collegiate strength and conditioning at schools like Clemson and Colorado State, his path naturally evolved from coaching the body to coaching the whole person. He has spent the past 8 years Life Coaching and 5 years leading men's groups. He is passionate about helping men become embodied leaders so they can have thriving relationships, successful careers and a lasting impact in the world. When he’s not coaching you can find Taylor doing CrossFit, drinking espresso, trail running, snowboarding or finding a river to surf.

Lead Facilitator, Co-Founder

Luke D’Agostino

Luke serves as an assistant to Taylor and has completed 3 of his men’s leadership programs. He has been a full-time entrepreneur in the media production space for 5 years, working with clients like Envision Festival and Neutrogena. Additionally, he has completed multiple programs from the Art of Accomplishment, which has helped refine his abilities to connect with anyone and see his deepest patterns more clearly. He teamed up with Taylor, a trusted coach and friend, to help create the men’s group he would want - an open space for men to express what they’re going through, explore their inner world, and receive loving accountability from fellow brothers. He will gladly explore life’s deepest questions within minutes of meeting you, like “should you quit your job” and “ways you can just say hi to her instead of striking out on dating apps.” You can find him taking film photos in our mountains, playing volleyball, or catching a show at Red Rocks.
